Students are encouraged to bring a poster with them and to send us an abstract as soon as possible.

If you plan to send multiple people from one company, please contact us for a discount.

Tables are available to display your company's information, limited tables available.  First come, first served.

While there are no formal trips planned after the meeting, access to and from New York City is very easy from the meeting's location.
